Introductions for newcomers begins at 5:50 sharp! (best to come 10 mintues early) Zazen starts at 6:30pm. There is 2 periods of zazen (30 minutes each), with kinhin in the middle, followed by chanting the Heart Sutra at 7:45pm the Study group will discuss our current topic (over a cup of tea) until 8:45 (9pm at the latest) - join us! There is NO STUDY GROUP During December - and double check in the summer months (July/Aug)
