Whether you’re looking to preserve your heritage or find your voice in the natural world, these intimate, expert-led workshops offer the perfect sanctuary for your writing to flourish. Class 2: Writing to Restore Nature: with novelist Menna van Praag Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM During this workshop you'll spend the afternoon immersed in the senses - perhaps literally, if we're lucky with the weather! - to enhance your descriptive prose, tying in with the National Trust's ‘Restore Nature’ programme. Using touch, scent, sound and sight you'll learn how to create a world on the page that will make the reader feel as if they've opened the door and stepped outside. Tickets: £75 per person, per class Capacity: Limited to 10 spaces per session Age: 18+ A Little Something Extra: Every ticket includes a voucher for a free hot drink to enjoy at our riverside tearoom - perfect for fuelling your creative flow.
