A warm, acoustic-style afternoon of Alt-Country/Americana with Stan Smith and The North Country — musicians bringing heart, soul and raw storytelling to every chord and lyric. Stan Smith channels the spirit of the classic singer-songwriters of the ’60s and ’70s — inspired by legends but with his own unmistakable voice. The North Country (Warren Timmis, guitar and Matt Iadanza, bass) add depth and texture with lead guitar work and bass lines perfectly complementing Stan’s evocative songs, lifting each performance with emotion. Expect soulful originals and beloved covers, delivered with intimacy and authenticity — ideal for lovers of folk, country, Americana and honest songwriting. Originally hailing from Liverpool, Stan Smith is a singer-songwriter previously in the band Mulholland and the Rob Dylan Band; and now performs solo as well as with The North Country.
