Taste of Tuscany is a great place to socialise, have a glass of wine and learn something new along the way. These short evening courses are based all around Italian food values……. simplicity. Whether it’s a wild mushroom pappardelle or pea & mint risotto, you’ll find out that less, really is more. Enjoy the 3 1/2 hour class with dinner & glass of wine, with plenty of time to hop on the ferry home! Course Overview Duration: 4:00pm – 7:00pm Tutors: Head Tutor – Rupert Cooper Maximum student to tutor ratio: 8-1 Welcome: Meet Rupert and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. The Day: The course includes demonstrations and practical sessions, with a 2 course dinner provided, along with a crisp glass of wine (you deserve it!). Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the evenings activities / menu and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
