Children's Beginners Sewing ClassHost: Beth CampbellTime: 6pm - 8pmPrice: £15This workshop is aimed at children aged 8 and above due to the level of dexterity required to hold and use a needle correctly and to understand the stitches. We want children to have the best experience and not be put off learning this skill.In this workshop children will learn basic hand stitching, including: blanket stitch, back stitch and running stitch; they will practice working on neat and even stitches. Children will also be given the opportunity to use a sewing machine. All materials will be provided What We Need From You:Your name, email address and telephone number, your child's name. Please also make usaware of any disabilities, special requirements or anything you need us to be mindful of when teaching your child. You can do this by sending us an email at Children should be accompanied to this workshop by an adult. Adults are expected to stay for the duration of the class. A comfortable seating area with complimentary tea and coffee is provided.During the workshops, we may take photographs for use on our social media and on ourwebsite. If you do not wish your child to be photographed please let us know. Terms and conditions of workshops and classes: 80% refund will be returned if morethan 48 hours notice is given, beyond 48 hours notice no refund will be given, unless agreed with The Crafty Coo directors.
