Take in the delicious aromas of different curries from around the world, traditionally a sauce seasoned with spices – there are so many varieties it’s hard to understand the differences. This class will look at different curries from around the world – Sri Lankan, Japanese and Indian – which will give you a wealth of knowledge so you can embrace your spice cupboard! Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious dishes at home. Example dishes: For allergies & dietaries let us know in the booking notes. Sri Lankan Fish & Green Bean Curry. Indian Potato & Spinach Saag Aloo Japanese Chicken Curry with Sticky Rice What’s included: Complimentary drink on arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar. All ingredients provided, you will eat as you cook and take home the additional dishes, bring containers or use our simple ones. Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
