Smart Energy Show

A weekend drop-in session at the Bike Hub, King Street, in central Reading, where local experts, both volunteers and professionals, can help you with saving energy, reducing bills and making the energy transition work for you. We’ll have pedal powered fun for adults and kids too! Stalls include: Energy advice, draughtproofing, insulation, solar panels, batteries, heat pump systems, whole home retrofit, historic lighting and local stories. Short talks will feature during the day too. Stallholders will be only too pleased to talk about your specific challenges, arrange free follow-ups or quote for work. Join us to celebrate Reading in action; making our homes greener as part of the energy transition.
