Month of Community in the Rooftop Garden Volunteers Week, The Big Help Out & The Big Lunch – Friday 5th June 11am to 1pm: Help out by volunteering in our rooftop garden in this taster session to see if our group is for you! 12pm to 2pm: Bring your lunch to the rooftop garden or just pop in to see the space and have a cup of tea with us! Family friendly, all welcome. 2pm to 3:30pm: Home Ed Gardening Club – our fortnightly session for EHE families features a different practical growing or nature activity every week. 3:30pm to 4:30pm: Garden is open to the public. Home Ed Garden Club Every other Friday, 14:00 – 15:30 Dates: 24 April 8 May 22 May 5 June 19 June 5 July 19 July Break for summer holidays. Key Info: The rooftop garden can be accessed via the gate on level 2a of the carpark. Visit reception on the ground floor if not parking in our carpark, as you will need a member of staff to let you upstairs via the staff lift/stairs instead. Please let us know if anyone in your group is a wheelchair user / has access challenges as there are multiple routes that may be suitable depending on needs. Family Art Club

Family Art Club celebrates creativity and play through hands-on making, painting and drawing. Every week we’ll reveal a treasure trove of art materials, loose parts and recycling themed around our exhibitions to be transformed into whatever artworks, models and fashion accessories you can dream up! Family Art Club is suitable for children of all ages and we encourage parents, grandparents and carers to get stuck in too – this isn’t children’s art club, its Family Art Club! – Please wear clothes you won’t be upset about getting messy. – All children must be accompanied by an adult. Booking Family Art Club is a drop-in session, but we do recommend booking to make sure that you have a place during busier times. Places at Family Art Club are offered on a ‘pay what you can’ donation basis, so that you can choose how much to pay according to what your family can afford. Your donations support us in delivering an accessible arts service for local families. Family Art Club Membership You can buy a Family Art Club membership pack from reception for £9.99. This pack includes arty goodies to use at home and supports us in continuing to offer a pay-what-you-can service for families.
