About this event

Beginner Yoga for Midlife Women (40+) Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Returning after years away? This 4-week Introduction to the Fundamentals of Yoga is designed specifically for midlife women who want to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and feel confident in their bodies again. In this welcoming, judgment-free space, you’ll learn the foundations of yoga poses, simple sequences, breathwork, and alignment — all tailored for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the natural changes that come with this powerful stage of life. Each 60-minute session focuses on: -Understanding how yoga poses feel for you with safe alignment cues -Core strength and joint stability -Ways to improve your Balance through poses and breathwork -Ways to improve your bone density -Breathwork for stress relief and hormone support -Building your confidence with yoga -Reconnecting with yourself No experience is necessary. In fact it really doesn’t matter if you’re not flexible. Just come as you are, with a mat. By the end of four weeks, you’ll feel stronger, steadier, more flexible — and empowered to feel more knowledgeable and comfortable in your own yoga practice.
