Song For The Lonely is set in a 1960s Nightclub and tells the story of a young girl called Emily. She is a very talented singer and songwriter, however she lives in a very hostile environment. The nightclub world is ruled by West End gangs who have an iron grip on everything. Eventually Emily is forced to leave and, with nowhere to go and no friendly faces to comfort her, she soon slips in the shadowy world of the lost and forgotten. For many months, her true love searches for her and, in time, he discovers the real reason why she left him. Will he discover her fate or will she remain lost to him forever? An amateur production
