During this class, we look at all things pasta – from mixing and kneading pasta dough, to rolling techniques, filling and shaping the dough into several of the most popular varieties. Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration, you will learn to knead, roll, shape and dry home made pasta using easy to buy equipment. We have included making a traditional sauce so you can enjoy eating your creations in our dining area. Join like minded guests on this class to learn about all things pasta. Example dishes: For allergies & dietaries let us know in the booking notes. Note: this is one of the few classes not adaptable to vegan or gluten free diets.
