Menu: Sausage & Bacon Traybake; Sausage Meatball Pasta; Toad in the Hole; Sausage Rolls These classes are designed to boost your confidence in the kitchen! With a focus on one main ingredient, we teach you 4 dishes that are perfect for family meals. Plus, we cover the essential skills of batch cooking and repurposing leftovers. In this ‘Sausage’ themed class filled with delicious classic dishes, you will learn: To create your own sausage meat and sausages Meat preparation, mixing and shaping How to make a tomato sauce reduction Batter creation and achieving the rise with Yorkshire puddings How to batch cook & tray bake Repurposing leftovers And most importantly – the confidence to be creative in your cooking! This class costs £47.50 per person. Class Details: Over 18’s only Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
