Sounding Out - A Creative Workshop

A creative workshop where participants discover clarity, capability and curiosity for self-expression. Journeying through guided activities participants embody sound poetry, movement and voice, generating, shaping and ‘sounding out’ their thoughts at their own pace and comfort through individual and collaborative exploration. Workshop begins: 13:00pm Approx finish: 16:00pm [Including comfort break] Admission: £12. Workshop suitable for 18+ Carrieanne Vivianette is a performing arts practitioner, teacher and workshop facilitator. She combines her career and personal experience to deliver a neurodivergent friendly and inclusive session which teaches approaches from multiple disciplines, offering historic and contemporary techniques for creating personal expression. Expect to find the new, in yourself, through others and of creative practice for a more authentic voice.
