In this class you will learn to make and steam your own buns with traditional fillings, chef will then move on to show you how to create Dim Sum, small parcels folded and steamed to perfection. Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious dishes at home.
