This year one half of Simply Dan embark on a new project to brink the funk with friends and West End and session regulars, under the moniker ‘Simply Chaka.’ They combine with vocal powerhouse Jaelee Small for a bucket list gig – Music from the Chaka Khan songbook. We bring an incredible band who have played and toured with Raye, Queen, George Michael, Simply Red, Courtney Pine, Jocelyn Brown, Eric Clapton, Eternal, Beverley Knight, Annie Lennox, Sade, Liberty X and George Clinton. As well as Rufus classics, they will also be featuring songs from the Award winning albums What ‘Cha Gonna Do For Me, I Feel for You, Naughty & Chaka.
