Recipes: Chicken Fajitas; Mexican Sprinkle Cookies Description: In this Mexican inspired class we will be creating a delicious spice mix for our chicken and homemade tortilla wraps to create our fajitas! We will follow this with fun and tasty Mexican sprinkle cookies for something sweet. Vegetarian options available please ask when booking. We always welcome newcomers to these classes and if there is anything you would like to discuss about the class please get in touch! Price £30 per person, this is a discounted price. This includes all the ingredients, recipe packs and tuition. Please remember it is now our policy with this class for you to provide your own refreshments so that we can keep the cost down. Age 16 plus. Parents / Carers are welcome to come and support.

Menu: Chicken Fricassee; Chicken Chasseur; Beef Bourguignon; Dauphinoise Potatoes In this French class filled with delicious classic dishes, you will learn: The art of creating classic French cuisine Browning meat and deglazing the pan Creating and using beurre manie to thicken sauce Creating a sauce using a traditional roux base Marinating beef for beef bourgignon And most importantly – the confidence to be creative in your cooking! This is a busy class so be ready for a night full of French ingredients, flavours and fun. This class costs £47.50 per person. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working in a pair. Flavours Of The World Class Details: Over 18’s only Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. Recipes: BBQ Chicken Skewers with Chips; Treacle Tart Description: In this class we will be creating a delicious barbecue marinade for our chicken skewers which we will cook and serve alongside homemade oven chips. For dessert, we will make a sweet pastry and a delicious treacle tart filling (with golden syrup despite the name!) which we will bake in the oven. Vegetarian options available please ask when booking. We always welcome newcomers to these classes and if there is anything you would like to discuss about the class please get in touch! Alternative Provision

The Farm Cookery School is a Wiltshire Council approved provider of Alternative Provision. Wiltshire Approved Alternative Provision (WAAP) providers are quality assured in terms of Safeguarding, Health & Safety, teaching and learning arrangements. We run weekly term-time cookery sessions on a Wednesday from 10am – 12.30pm and work with the students towards the goals in their individual learning plans. We only have 8 students per class and so that we can closely with each one and we ask that an adult is present throughout the session. There are 6 sessions per term, at a cost of £450 per learner (£75 per session per week).
