Join Louisa Jessimer for a 60-minute yoga practice designed to nourish both body and mind. In this session, you will be guided through a gentle yoga flow designed to stretch the body and calm the mind. Come as you are, and let the flow help you find your balance and shine from within! This practice is suitable for all levels. Mats provided. Spaces are limited to 20 participants. It’s FREE, so book early! Please note this is an adults-only session (18+). If you are unable to make it on the day, please let us know so that your place can be offered to someone else.
