Yoga Sessions at the Lakeside Centre

Amanda Eatwell returns this summer to teach her much-loved yoga sessions, located on the stunning Lakeside Centre rooftop. Join us at the Lakeside Centre rooftop on Saturday mornings for a series of uplifting yoga sessions designed to help you start your weekend with intention, movement, and joy. What’s included in a session? You can expect a 60-minute flow that is: Dynamic and energising – to wake up your body and clear your mind. Accessible to all levels – whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice. Intention-led – helping you reconnect with yourself and the season. Yoga mats are available on-site, but please feel free to bring your own if that is more comfortable. Please bring: Comfortable clothes A water bottle Dates & Times Sessions will run on a Saturday morning for 18 weeks: 2nd May- 26th September Start time: 10:00am. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the session. Late entry may not be possible due to the layout of the building. Please note, there are no classes on August 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd.
