Sun Salutation Workshop with Carolina Pressanto

Just as the summer arrives and the Sun is at its peak, come join me in exploring how to go deeper into the Sun Salutation sequence! We will go through adjustments and how we can all enjoy the full benefits of this energizing practice, followed by 12 rounds of Sun Salutation - representing the 12 solar phases of the year. We will then move on to an extended relaxation, where you will be guided through a restorative practice. We will conclude by studying the symbolism of Arati, the Light Ceremony, just before we perform it together. Arati is a wonderful devotional practice that involves the chanting of mantras, burning of incense and the waving of a candle, symbolizing the light of Knowledge.
