Awakening the tremor: An introduction to neurogenic yoga with certified provider Freya Nettelsmith These two-hour workshops offer an introduction to neurogenic yoga, an approach that uses yoga postures, movement, and breath to prepare the body to come back into relationship with its natural tremor mechanism. This neurogenic process (the same process we are working with in TRE) helps release deep tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.
