Working with molten glass gathered straight from the furnace, you’ll discover how this extraordinary material moves, stretches and transforms. Add colour, shape the form, blow the glass and open it into a unique drinking vessel of your own. This is a lively, hands-on session led by our skilled glassblowers, with clear demonstrations and support throughout. You’ll experience the rhythm and energy of the hot shop while learning some of the fundamental skills used in glassblowing. Each participant will make one glass tumbler during the session. You may also have the chance to assist others in the group, although this is not compulsory.
