Open every Thursday, 10 November – 30 March, 10am – 5pm. Come and visit out community living room in St Anne’s House. We are open for everyone, it is your space, to make a cuppa, read a book or meet a new neighbour. What to expect? A warm space with a mix of comfy seating and tables to sit at Free hot drinks Free wifi Books, games, toys and art materials Creative activities as part of the morning meet up (10am – 12pm on Thursdays) Charging points for mobile phones Friendly staff and volunteers Weekly free community lunch

Strength Circuit with Bristol Cooperative Gym

All the benefits of resistance training without any of the crappy culture that’s become attached to it – just effective strength training with barbells and bodyweight. In this class you will learn safe and efficient exercises that develop strength and mobility through moving against resistance. We will use a circuit of movements that have been carefully selected by our coaches to suit the needs of our members. Multiple options are given so you can choose an intensity that suits what you’re feeling that day.
