Our Sunday morning schedule consists of 9:00am - two 30 minute periods of zazen with kinhin in the middle10:20am - chanting of the Heart Sutra, Sandokai / Hokyozanmai, and the dedication to the patriarchs/matriarchs10:40am - samu - some cleaning work practice. 10:55am - coffee/tea/biscuits and chat!
