DW Yoga Mondays 9:30-10:30am – Starting Monday 29th September 2025 New to the hub for September 2025! These classes are Hatha yoga which is a traditional foundational style of Yoga – good for all levels! Working on Strength, Balance, Stamina and Flexibility. Book here in advance or pay cash on the day – £7 per session. Any queries, please contact Derek at or call . First session on Monday 29th September will be a free trial.

Gentle Exercise & Conditioning – Term Time Only Thursdays 1:45-2:45pm Come along to our seated or standing exercise class which has cognitive benefits that can support Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinsons, MND or any cognitive impairment. Part of the British Gymnastics Foundation Love to Move program. The emphasis is on gentle and the class will be adapted to suit the participants. Book as a block here ! £6 per session
