Thursday evening zazen.Introductions for newcomers begins at 6:50pmZazen begins at 7:30pm - be sure to arrive 10 minutes early as always.. we strike the han at 5 minutes to the hour. Our thursday evening meeting consists of 30 minutes of zazen, 5 - 10 minutes of kinhin , and 30 minutes of zazen followed by a chanting of the Heart Sutra.
