Hey you, yes YOU! Are you a young explorer aged 3 to 5? Do you ever feel happy, sad, excited, moody, shy, angry… or maybe all of these at once?! Then Little Ray is for YOU! Bring your grown-ups along for a playful dance journey with Scottish Dance Theatre. This 45-minute performance invites you to choose where you sit, build a comfy nest, and watch as our dancers bring all of these feelings to life through movement and dance. And guess what? At the end, you get to join in on the dance floor! Developed with the support of Starcatchers. Creative team Concept & Direction Meytal Blanaru Choreography in collaboration with the performers Meytal Blanaru Music Benjamin Sauzereau Lighting Design Emma Jones Costume Design Meytal Blanaru in collaboration with Cate Mackie Running time: 45 minutes (no interval) Age Recommendation: 3 - 5 Years First ticket includes 1 adult and 1 child. The Happy Lands: Screening + Q&a With Cast And Crew

Art27 Scotland and UNISON Fife are proud to present The Happy Lands: General Strike Centenary Programme 2026, a series of three specially curated screenings commemorating 100 years since the UK General Strike of 1926. Set in the heart of Fife’s mining communities, this powerful, community-made film brings to life the resilience, solidarity and everyday struggles of the families involved in one of Britain’s most significant industrial disputes. Join us for the final event in the programme: an afternoon screening of The Happy Lands (2012), followed by a Q&A with the film’s cast and crew. The discussion will explore themes of community empowerment, grassroots storytelling, and the continued relevance of these histories today. Looking to the future, it will also consider how the lessons of 1926 can inform collective action in the face of ongoing social and economic inequality. This event is funded and supported by UNISON Fife Health Branch and OnFife. Curated and organised by Art27 Scotland in collaboration with Caireen Stuart. Warnings: Film contains stong language and moderate violence.

Bringing together world leading economists, academics, and thought leaders as we celebrate 250 Years of Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nations. The day will feature a distinguished panel discussion, Adam Smith guided heritage tours, interactive masterclasses, and an inspiring conversation with the Governor of the Bank of England in the main auditorium. The highlight of the symposium will be The Governor of the Bank of England, Andrew Bailey in conversation with Ed Balls and Stephanie Flanders. International Economics Nobel Prize winners will also be joining them on stage to discuss the future of the global economy.
