Sian are a Scottish Gaelic folk band whose acclaimed sophomore album araon won Album of the Year at the 2025 Scots Trad Music Awards. Formed in 2016 through Blas Festival, the band is made up of Ceitlin Lilidh, Eilidh Cormack and Ellen MacDonald, alongside multi-instrumentalist Innes White.

Stepping Stones

“Stepping Stones”, a friendly babies and toddlers group, meets in Holy Ascension church on Thursday mornings during term time. We start at 10am and welcome you with a cuppa and chat. At 10.30am we share a story, enjoy songs and making music together. Our favourite time – “snack time” follows – lots of healthy snacks and a drink for everyone. There’s crafts, playdough, a sensory area, a ‘messy tray’ and lots of toys. We look forward to welcoming you. For further details please
