About this event
On Saturday 1st August we are hosting a day of traditional arts and crafts at the Framework Knitters Museum. We are delighted to welcome back the Notts Guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers, who will be based at the front of the Museum from 10:30am to 2:00pm. Visitors will be able to see their skills close-up, and have the opportunity to have a go themself. At 11:00am and 12:30pm, there will be traditional music and dance, as the Maids of Clifton Morris Team will be performing in our cafe courtyard. At 1:00pm and 2:00pm, our very own Museum Storytellers will be delighting children and families with traditional stories in our Summer House. All events are free. No need to book, just turn up on the day.
