EXPECT RECIPES LIKE: + Dishes of North Africa: Chicken Tagine with Green Olives & Preserved Lemon/Tunisian Orange Salad with Halloumi, Moroccan Lamb Kafta Tagine, Egyptian Ful Medames + Dishes of the Levant: Turkish Eggs, Baba Ghanoush, Syrian Muhammarah, Za’atar Flatbreads (Mana’aeesh Za’atar) , Palestinian Sumac Chicken (M’sakhan), Israeli Chopped Salad. Exact recipes for this class will vary by season. Suitable for vegetarian and vegans. Not suitable for gluten free dietaries. For home cooks who want to explore something new. Our cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen.
