We'll meet to move, dance, breathe, rest, connect and remember. There comes a moment when something within you begins to stir... It's hard to put into words but it's there and it's real. A sense that there is part of you that yearns to LIVE more and to feel FREE and ALIVE. This part of you feels - Deeper. Truer. More You. I’m creating a space for you in which you'll EXPERIENCE just that. This 3-hour journey is an invitation to reconnect with the FIRE within you that: - makes you feel ALIVE - fills you with ENERGY - gives you a sense of DIRECTION and INNER POWER - connects you to the LIFE FORCE flowing through your body - connects you to your deep knowing, intuition and wisdom A fire that has been there all this time but laid dormant. Let her speak. Let her dance. Let her awaken. WHAT TO EXPECT Our mini retreat is a space to energise, reconnect, and feel at home in your body and its wisdom. Through breathwork, simple gentle movement and free-form dance, we’ll explore the energy, wisdom, and ignite alchemy which lives in every woman’s body. You don’t need to be a “dancer” — there’s no choreography, no right or wrong way to move. Just you, your breath, your body, and the space to listen. We'll wind down with a restorative sound bath to help you integrate the experience.
