Walking Netball Tuesdays 12:00-1:00pm Run by England Netball, Walking Netball is a friendly and inclusive programme, allowing women the opportunity to find their place in the sport. It’s netball, but at a walking pace where the rules are slightly tweaked. This is run outside on the courts at Cupid Green HP2 7BA. Watch an Introduction to Walking Netball here

Gentle Exercise & Conditioning – Term Time Only Thursdays 1:45-2:45pm Come along to our seated or standing exercise class which has cognitive benefits that can support Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinsons, MND or any cognitive impairment.
