Be a Part of Scarborough’s History! Join our Scarborough 400 Community Quilt Project. Help create a beautiful community wall hanging for Beeforth’s Hive. Join local sewing teacher Millie Robinson to celebrate 400 years of our town. Using Free-Motion Embroidery (drawing with thread), you will stitch a postcard panel of your favourite seaside memory: from the Castle to beach huts, South Cliff clock tower to dolphins… • When: Mondays 27 July, 3 August, or 10 August I 1pm — 4pm • Where: Beeforth’s Hive, South Cliff Gardens • Skills: Absolutely no experience needed. Machines and all upcycled fabrics provided! Age 10+ (under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
