The ensemble often performs in partnership with local choirs, the addition of choral music alongside the string sinfonia bringing a dimension of colour, texture, and expression to enrich the musical experience. For this Gala Concert Hellier Strings will be joined by Granta Chorale, a versatile and accomplished local chamber choir with a wide and varied repertoire. / / This concert will be raising funds in aid of Uttlesford Foodbank, a charity well known in Saffron Walden and the surrounding area.
