About this event
Keep Moving Masham is a local community fitness group for anyone who wants to keep active. Meet at Masham Town Hall on Monday 42 registered members with approximately 32 attending each week. Please bring a bottle of water and wear light loose clothing and footwear suitable for exercising in. We are all volunteers and group member lead. You are responsible for your own welfare and are required to sign a simple disclaimer. We endeavour to keep the cost low, so a book of five tickets will only cost £10 or come along and try us out for just £2. Any profits made are put towards trips out that we arrange.
