Keep Moving Masham

Keep Moving Masham is a local community fitness group for anyone who wants to keep active. Meet at Masham Town Hall on Monday 42 registered members with approximately 32 attending each week. Please bring a bottle of water and wear light loose clothing and footwear suitable for exercising in. We are all volunteers and group member lead. You are responsible for your own welfare and are required to sign a simple disclaimer. We endeavour to keep the cost low, so a book of five tickets will only cost £10 or come along and try us out for just £2. Any profits made are put towards trips out that we arrange. ‘Singing for Fun’ is on the second Tuesday of each month at 2pm in St Mary’s Masham. Spend an hour in church, singing songs from the shows, musicals and popular music for men and women of any age. No need to be able to read music, just enjoy. £2 per person. ‘Singing for Tots’ follows on with singing and a story. Finishes in time for school pick up.
