Meet opposite the Cecil Arms in St. Stephens Village. Walks are free for members of the Friends Group - non-members £2 PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME OF THE PROPOSED WALKS THIS YEAR ARE NOT ON A SATURDAY, SO PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY. All children and vulnerable adults should be accompanied by a responsible adult. Walks may have to be cancelled at fairly short notice because of adverse weather or conditions underfoot. Please check social media, web site or emails for up to date information. DOGS not permitted when looking for wildlife, including evening bat walk. Depending on routes planned, it can be steep, uneven and slippery. Please be aware of this and do not put request that you wear robust and suitable foot wear and clothing. In summer, it can be very hot. Please wear a hat and bring a drink. There are no public toilets accessible to visitors to Churchtown
