Simon shares a complete yoga practice as taught to him by his guru, Sri Dharma Mittra.. This is a complete practice and will stretch, strengthen and condition your body and mind, through asana/movement, then we will use breath control (Pranayama) to enable us to concentrate and prepare for meditation. There will also be mantra, which is an act of worship and devotion, finished with a soul connecting shavasana and sound healing. Come and release yourself of the stresses of your day in a place of unity, love and peace and delve into the higher self, into the seat of your spiritual heart, so you can radiate that love and compassion to all of creation… We are love, we are creation, we are one •This is a 60 min class and open to all levels. •Exchange is £7 •Mats provided, welcome to bring your own.
