Bbq Feast Masterclass

Description: A Masterclass in Barbequing Menu: Chicken satay skewers, Galloway beefburger, Steak tikka, Moroccan Pork skewers, Courgetti salad, Tabbouleh & Coleslaw. We will be making marinades for our chicken satay skewers and Moroccan pork skewers. When the meats are full of flavour we will be putting them on skewers ready to cook. We will be making a tikka sauce for our steaks from scratch. Then onto our home grown mince for our burgers, combining it with onion and seasoning. We will be offering advice and information about the best way to cook the meat and there will be recipes for everything we make, so that you can make it again. To compliment all the recipes for the BBQ we will be making a courgetti salad with basil and lemon, tabbouleh which is a bulgur wheat salad and creating your own coleslaw (to your taste). This is a really busy class and will be great fun to do with friends or family. And you get to eat it all here in our dining room too! Please bring tupperware to take any leftovers home with you. We give out all these recipes so you can repeat them at home and impress your family and friends.
