Here’s your chance to explore the rich tapestry of flavours that Vietnam has to offer understanding traditions of the cuisine rely on fresh herbs and vegetables, and complimentary textures. We will learn how to create, cook and present some of the most famous dishes of Vietnam. From Vietnamese Spring Rolls to Spicy Pork & Noodles, this session is not to be missed! EXPECT RECIPES LIKE: + Beef Pho + Canh Chua + Do Chua Pickled Veg + Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce + Uyen Luu’s Dipping Sauce + Vietnamese Summer Rolls + Vietnamese Style Pork Belly and Salad. Suitable for vegetarian and gluten free. Not suitable for vegan. For home cooks who want to explore something new. Our cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen. So enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious, seasonal selection of dishes which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.! All of our weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors.
