We’ll focus on safe, effective movement that supports and builds your strength, mobility, posture, and daily life, with space for questions, adjustments, and a pace that suits you. 1:1 Pilates sessions start with a 90 minute consultation & initial session to understand your unique needs, and to clarify and go over the completed and essential paperwork before your regular sessions begin. Suitable for all levels and life stages. Please note – You will need to have completed the assessment form at least 1 week prior to booking your session date.
