Sup Club Progression Sessions - the mainstay of our Sup Club coaching and are planned to progress your paddling skills and knowledge and will include essential tutorials via individual video analysis. The sessions will be located in Hastings, Bodiam or Tonbridge to make the most of the weather conditions and utilise the different locations we have at our disposal to experience differing conditions so the location will be advised nearer the session.

SUP Yoga

The sessions will run from Tonbridge for 90 minutes and include a short paddle to and from your yoga spot and a 60 minute yoga class with Emma. Emma teaches mainly vinyasa flow yoga in and around Tonbridge. The session is suitable for all and will offer a challenge, movement and relaxation.

Intermediate Session - Tonbridge (Turning & step back)

Intermediate Paddleboard Session – Turning & step back turnThis two-hour intermediate SUP coaching session focuses on developing balance, control, turning and board handling through effective use of the step-back turn.The session is designed for paddlers with basic SUP experience who want to improve their manoeuvrability and confidence when turning, particularly in dynamic or confined environments.Coaching focus areas include:• Correct foot placement and weight transfer for stability• Paddle positioning and blade use to support balance and initiate the turn• Timing and coordination of the step-back movement• Maintaining control and recovery during and after the turnCoaching will be delivered through demonstrations, on-water practice, and individual feedback to help you perform the step-back turn smoothly and efficiently.These sessions will be delivered in small groups of no more then 6.

Kids afterschool Paddle Club

A paddle club for 8 – 14 yr olds, to be part of a fun relaxed group to learn how to stand up paddleboard. With our fully qualified British canoeing instructors, they will discover the river Medway. We will paddle as a team, learn to keep safe on the river and discover all the tricks and skills that make Epic stand up paddleboarders.

Our interval training sessions will help increase your speed for either racing or your overall paddling.
