Create your own unique hand stitched interpretation of Northumberland’s famous tree or adapt the design to feature a landmark or poignant place of your own with Jess in this full day workshop. Working on a round base, aprox 20cm, provided by Jess, you will be gently guided through all the various steps to bond a printed fabric image then work on your composition to create a textile collage using a collection of different fabric textures, vintage fabrics and lace. Once you are happy with your collaged fabrics you will be inspired with ideas for stitch to add detail to your landscape. Jessica is described as a textile artist and creative encourager, her reviews are fabulous. Enjoy the benifits of this one day class, stitching with like minded people, with chatter and laughter, reducing everyday stress, just relax and enjoy your me time.
