SUPER DISCOTECA TROPICAL Rare Afro, Latin tunes from the 70s & 80s Iconic record label Analog Africa bring their signature sound to the Fox for the first time. Their multiple classic compilation releases have brought a distinctive blend of funk & soul mixed with local traditions and a gloriously chaotic analogue charm and have been uplifting souls on the dance-floors for over 20 years. Hosted by label boss Tunisian/German DJ Samy Ben Redjeb will be dusting off some of his rare find for a journey on all things tropical and funky. He will be joined by special guest from Brazil DJ Magrão who’s sets are a carefully curated blend of classic, rare, and exclusive tracks spanning reggae, dancehall, Brazilian, Latin, and African music — all played 100% on vinyl. As well as the UK’s legendary DJ & collector John Stapleton co-host of Bristol tropical vinyl go to party La Bomba. Get ready for a night of pure tropical dance floor energy with some of the finest selectors in the world.

LINE UP Flaca / Bushbby / Susobrino / Onda Saoco / Immigrant Party / Desta French FLACA Iconic DJ and cultural agitator returns to the stage with the same energy that made her one of the key figures in urban and electronic sound. Her sets blend reggaeton, guaracha, cumbia, rap, and hybrid genres emerging from the depths of SoundCloud, creating a raw and immersive dance ritual. SUSOBRINO (DJ set) Bolivian-Belgian artist and cumbia ambassador Susobrino guides audiences through everything from sweet cumbias and boleros, to sweat-inducing reggaeton and heavy percussive bass. DESTA FRENCH (DJ set) Singer and UK Latinx legend will be behind the decks with a selection of Salsa, Cumbia and other Latin dancefloor gems. IMMIGRANT PARTY Patriots of the Global South, and the selectors of overlooked and forgotten dance music. Expect selections threading through 70s – 00s Caribbean, Latin America & Africa. Women in Jazz elevates women performers by hosting events and workshops. Its community is made up of 10,500 people, including singer-songwriters, producers, instrumentalists and composers. Women in Jazz has produced radio shows for Sky TV, Jazz FM and British Airways, run panel discussions at Love Supreme Festival, programmed live events at venues including Ronnie Scott’s, and directed and produced a YouTube show, Uncovered, which spotlights the most exciting female talent from across the UK. Supported by a grassroots music grant from Arts Council England, helping us continue to champion emerging artists and live music in the community. All events support Lewisham Donation Hub, a local charity providing vital support to those facing acute hardship across South East London. The largest pub garden in SE London will have street food, drinks, and a laid-back summer atmosphere. Families are welcome, with free entry for children, market stalls, and activities to keep little ones entertained.

By placing these different styles side by side, the concert highlights unexpected links across time and genre, creating a dialogue between past and present. Performed by highly skilled musicians and composers from across London’s freelance scene—many of whom also work with leading orchestras—Echoes of Time offers a dynamic and immersive listening experience, where familiar works are reimagined and new music finds its place alongside them.
