The Circle: Autumn Equinox Special

Held by Shala Women (Anna Brook) The Circle is a monthly place for women to gather. A place to connect with other women, to share if you choose to, and to hear the stories & perspectives of others. It’s a chance to step back from the everyday, make new friends and find nervous system regulation through holistic practices, alongside being offered expansive themes & rituals for self enquiry. Our Circles blend: - Sharing Circles - Cacao Ceremony - Breathwork - Shadow Work for Self Enquiry - Yoga Nidra Circle is also an invitation to connect with the cycles within us and around us. This circle is held around Autumn Equinox with its potent themes around the balance of the light & dark. As the length of day and night is almost equal, it offers a chance to reflect on what brings alignment, and to embrace our shadow aspects. Autumn Equinox is also a meaningful time of year to honour the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in your garden, or the harvest of efforts and intentions that you set earlier in the year. All welcome. About your guide Anna Brook (Founder of Shala Women) is a Senior Yoga Teacher (Women’s Yoga Therapist) & Circle Facilitator. She has been running Women’s Circles in Margate since 2022 and has facilitated Circles in a myriad of environments for 20 years.
