Peter Burns performs live from 7:00pm. Melodic songs, finger-style guitar, percussion and live looping. One man, big sound, no backing tracks! Peter is a singer songwriter from Belfast, playing in bands, songwriting and recording for thirty years. He plays a mix of new and familiar music, blending original songs with reworking of popular songs and forgotten music in a unique finger picking style. Utilising a loop pedal and percussion, he produces a fuller sound than you’d expect from a solo performer. A multi-instrumentalist, he has recorded seventeen albums and dozens of singles of his own material, with various bands and as a solo artist.
