Over the past few tours, , DS:UK have become THE Dire Straits tribute show for true fans of Mark Knopfler’s incredible band, earned by delivering the music with an attention to detail that few tribute bands strive for. The stories in between the songs added to the evening, and everyone we went with had a great time. We can’t wait to see the Brothers in Arms tour 2025.

Living Spit presents The Tragedy of Omlet Prince of Hen-mark By Stu McLoughlin (and William Shakespeare) “O, that this too too solid shell would melt, Thaw and resolve itself into a dew…” The question of suitability to play the Moody Dane has preoccupied theatre makers for centuries. Scholars have long debated age, physique, gender and temperament - yet all have overlooked the perfect candidate: an egg. Enter Omlet, Prince of Hen-mark; Hamlet rehatched; fragile, brooding, on the brink of cracking under the pressure of his own Egg-sistential angst and joined by a full supporting cast of vegetables and assorted foodstuffs - fresh from the fridge and prepared to present Shakespeare’s greatest tragedy as you’ve never seen it before; retold by one man, one egg and a trolley full of comestibles. But this is no ordinary one man show. With live original music, perishable puppetry, and an overly confident reliance on bad puns, actor Stu Mcloughlin juggles an entire allotment of Shakespearean tragedy whilst trying not to turn his leading man into a leading flan. Omlet, Prince of Hen-mark is a sumptuous scramble of skillful soliloquising, small-scale suspense and sunny-side-up Shakespearean silliness. A cracking night out, which proves once and for all that… …something is rotten in the state of Hen-mark.

The heart-warming show packed full of music, comedy and amazing animal effects is suited to all the family. Book your family in and come and have a roarsome time.However, don’t just take our word for it, here is what some of the reviews from our last tour said: Fantastic show today, well worth the travel, its the 2nd time we've seen these guys, lots of laughter for the kids and adults, definitely will be booking again if there's a new tour next year Steven Hatton Genuinely have never laughed and cried so much in one show. CANCELLED Adventures In Modern Recording – An Intimate Evening with Trevor Horn From Seal to Frankie Goes to Hollywood, from ABC to Yes, from Grace Jones to Belle and Sebastian, and from Robbie Williams to Pet Shop Boys, one man has been at the heart of some of Britain’s most important pop music of the past 50 years: Trevor Horn. The super producer has been described as ‘the man who invented the eighties’ and he was also responsible for the sound of such bands as Dollar, Malcolm McLaren, t.A.T.u. and countless more, including Hans Zimmer, Marc Almond, Tori Amos, Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Tina Turner, Art of Noise, Rod Stewart, and LeAnn Rimes. After achieving a number one hit with his band, The Buggles, with Video Killed The Radio Star, Horn became a member of Yes before becoming the most important hit-maker of the 1980s – and beyond. Awards followed – there were four Brits, a 1995 Grammy for Seal’s Kiss From A Rose, a 2010 Ivor Novello for his Outstanding Contribution to British Music, and a CBE. Following the publication of his best-selling memoir, Adventures In Modern Recording: From ABC to ZTT, Horn is visiting a select handful of theatres to talk about his exploits as a bona fide legend of pop. Los Pacaminos

Los Pacaminos featuring Paul Young Los Pacaminos was formed in summer 1992, when UK pop star Paul Young’s love of all things Tex-Mex led to exploratory discussions with some like-minded musician friends. Within a few weeks, Los Pacaminos was born and rehearsals had begun. The band was originally a six-piece. Joining Paul were guitarist and singer Jamie Moses, accordion/keyboard player Matt Irving, singer/songwriter Drew Barfield, bassist Steve Greetham and drummer Mark Pinder. In November 1992, the boys took to the stage for their first ever gig at the White Horse in Richmond, Matt’s local watering-hole. They went down a storm. Despite expectations that the band would fall apart when something more important came along, the exact opposite happened. With every show, their friendships grew stronger, the band played tighter, and the seeds of their loyal fanbase had been sown. While Paul’s name was used in gig promotion, the Los Pacaminos name and the boys’ trademark stetsons made it clear this wasn’t a Paul Young show. In time, the band started writing and performing their own songs, and the boys knew this wasn’t going to be a short-term project. In 1997, after five years of gigging, Jamie introduced Paul to Melvin Duffy, a pedal steel player he’d played with, and suggested Melvin play on a few songs at the next show. Paul remembers it well: “As soon as Mel took the first solo, we all melted.
