We offer an amazing value and always popular ‘Holiday Club’, with full and half days for children aged 8-14 yrs, over the school breaks. Adrenaline filled days of awesome activities to keep the kids active over the holidays, making new memories and new friends! A paddle club for 8 – 14 yr olds, to be part of a fun relaxed group to learn how to stand up paddleboard, kayak or fun on our megasups With our fully qualified British canoeing instructors, they will discover the river Rother. We will paddle as a team, learn to keep safe on the river and discover all the tricks and skills that make Epic stand up paddleboarders and kayakers.

PaddleFit is a fun and energetic way to get out on the river while improving your paddleboarding skills and fitness at the same time.From sit-ups, press-ups, and planks on the board, you’ll challenge your balance, core strength, and endurance — all while enjoying time on the water with a great group.We finish each session with 15 minutes of stretching and relaxation, either on the board or by the river.Suitable for paddlers who have completed a SUP session with us (or equivalent).Participants must be reasonably confident paddlers and swimmers.You can bring your own board or hire one from us. Wetsuits available if required.
