11:00am - 2:00pm Box Galleries are holding a special exhibition WOOF! from 10th - 31st August in collaboration with Animal Rescue Kefalonia (ARK) offering 10% of all sale proceeds to the amazing charity. This is a cause close to our hearts where over 350 cats and dogs have been rescued and are looking for donations/adoption/volunteering. WOOF! will feature an exclusive collection of bronze and cartoon related dog sculptures as well as prints by Swedish Artist Agnetha Sjögren. Each unique handmade dog – part Labrador, part Dalmatian, part cartoon – is authenticated with a signed ‘mini passport’ containing a personalised story. This will be the focus of the show, amongst a mixed contemporary collection. We will be holding an exclusive launch/doggy day on the 10th August from 11am-2pm - All dogs are welcome and will be gifted with a doggy treat bag while owners can browse the collection with a glass of bubbly. Fame At 45 Park Lane

Now On At 45 Park Lane (Dorchester Collection) From Kate Moss to The Beatles, Box Galleries new exhibition at London’s prestigious 45 Park Lane (Dorchester Collection) captures rare, off-screen photographs of some of the world’s most famous celebrities. Featuring iconic photographs by Terry O'Neill CBE, Andy Gotts MBE and Douglas Kirkland, their shared passion for capturing intimate moments in the lives of famous music and film stars is beautifully curated in one of the most prestigious hotels in the world. Morgan Freeman and Robert De Niro’s portraits were originally taken at The Dorchester by Andy Gotts MBE, whilst Terry O'Neill's Famous photograph of his future wife Faye Dunaway with her Oscar was taken at The Beverly Hills Hotel, which is now part of The Dorchester Collection so it’s particularly special for them to now be part of the exhibition at 45 Park Lane. AN UNFLINCHING REFLECTION OF POLITICS AND THE HUMAN CONDITION THROUGH THE CONVERGING AESTHETICS OF MODERN BAROQUE AND STREET ART Box Galleries is proud to launch FAITH, an important focus on the thrilling and darkly dynamic work of Tommy Fiendish. Box Galleries has spent the last year sourcing, meeting and selecting new artists to join its existing and extensive stable of artists, and for the very first time, will be shining its spotlight on the very best emerging artistic talent in the UK, the very first being Fiendish himself. FAITH will be open to the public from 9th - 30th September 2020 with curatorial tours and private appointments with both Fiendish and the gallerist available on request. The exhibition will also feature a brand-new set of original works exclusive to Box Galleries, comprising new paintings, signed limited edition prints and a mural painted exclusively for Box Galleries.

From 15th - 19th September the annual event showcases the latest autumn collections from over 600 global brands, along with more than 100 events, designer-led talks and inspiring masterclasses including our live painting with Imogen Pleydell-Bouverie on Thursday 18th Sep 11am - 2pm. We will also be taking part in the Longer View and our stand will be up until the 16th October 9.30pm - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

AMERICANA

6:30pm - 9:30pm Box Galleries is delighted to present Americana , launching this autumn and running from Wednesday 20th September - Wednesday 18th October, with a Champagne Private View on Thursday 21st September. Exploring the History and cultural heritage of the United States, its national identity, patriotism and nostalgia, the show will bring together work by a number of artists exploring and interpreting American culture as a whole. Portraits of trailblazing American icons including Steve McQueen, Paul Newman, Clint Eastwood and Dennis Hopper, taken by some of the most renowned photographers of the 20th Century will hang alongside mesmerizing glowing neon as well as bold mixed media artwork, each a homage to the American Dream.

Due to the overwhelming success of our photography exhibition FAME, we are taking the show on tour, hosting a pop up exhibition at the Chelsea Design Centre 22nd - 26th October. Exploring the notion of Fame and celebrating the great icons of our time, we will be showcasing the exclusive collection of Unseen Photographs by Andy Gotts, alongside a classic collection of icons by Terry O Neill and Douglas Kirkland. Channelling the vivacity and rebellion of 1970s Punk, the focus will transport visitors to the backstage world of Punk in all its neon glory through the artist’s witty, high-octane and exuberant works. ILLUMINATI will be open to the public from 4th - 18th November 2020 and curatorial tours and private appointments will be available. The vibrant work will showcase how the power of Punk has created a whole dynamic method of expression, primarily with regards to visual art, second only to the music itself.

Women In Art

6:30pm - 9:30pm We are delighted to present Women in Art, a powerful exhibition shining a spotlight on the work of female artists, celebrating their achievements and successes. Established by Emma Moir over a decade ago, and now a firm fixture on The King's Road, Box Galleries has been championing artwork by female artists since the gallery's inception. During this time, we have witnessed the rise of these incredible women as their work attracts admiration and collectors from across the globe. Women in Art will feature pioneering artwork by homegrown established talent including Emma Gibbons who counts Margot Robbie amongst her collectors, Lauren Baker , whose monumental sculptural work has most recently been drawing crowds at this year's Burning Man Festival, and Debra Franses, whose one of a kind resin hand bags are being showcased at the gallery for the very first time. Bold, vibrant typography works by Niki Hare will also be featured, as well as Elisa Cantarelli’s renowned dot-artwork. These female artists and others will be exhibited alongside trailblazing heavyweights including Tracey Emin and Bridget Riley. Lauren Baker and Emma Gibbons will be in attendance at the Champagne Private View on Thursday 9th November, and will be doing a short talk alongside Gallery Owner Emma Moir, to discuss their inspiration and processes for exciting new work to be revealed that night.
