Scripture Practice

When we open Scripture, we're not just reading ancient words ��� we're hearing God speak and learning to see our lives in light of His truth. But distraction, hurry, and confusion can hinder our experience of this. Through the Practice of Scripture, we slow down and learn to engage the Bible in a deeper way — not just to understand it, but to be changed by it. As we do, the Spirit shapes us and draws us closer to God. Join Craig for live teaching as we explore the Practice of Scripture together. Kintsugi Hope - Bridgend

We all have mental health—sometimes it's robust, other times we struggle. Life events can affect how we feel, and it's okay to need support along the way. That's why we're launching Kintsugi Hope — A 12-week small group designed to be a safe, welcoming space to explore emotional and mental wellbeing. Topics include anxiety, depression, loss, shame, forgiveness, and more. "Kintsugi" is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, highlighting the beauty in our brokenness. These groups reflect that idea—our experiences, even the painful ones, can lead to growth and restoration. The groups are peer-led, not therapy, and offer a chance to share, learn, and find community in a non-judgmental environment.   Please Note: These groups are suitable for anyone over the age of 18, regardless of your mental health problem, as long as you are not currently in crisis, newly diagnosed, starting new medication for the first time or unstable in your current mental health. 10.30am Gathering - Brackla

We are really looking forward to meeting this Sunday at Archbishop McGrath School for our 10.30am gathering. During our gathered time we will be spending some time singing together, we'll break for tea and coffee while our children and young people head off to their own activities, we'll share Communion together and we'll listen to a bible talk. If you would like your child to attend our children's provision, which will run mid way through our gathered time, registration for Tabkids, (for those aged 18 months – Year 6) and Discover, (for Year 7 – Year 9), will in our foyer area before our gathered time begins.  As always our Hosting Team will be on hand to assist you as you arrive and during our gathered times together. If you have any queries or questions please feel free to speak to them. If you are joining us for the first time this week we're really looking forward to seeing you. Come just as you are.

Chatterbox Toddler Group

Sign up to group will open soon Welcome to Chatterbox! We are really looking forward to opening our on Wednesday morning to all you lovely parents, carers and children aged from birth to four years old. We have designated play areas and lots of lovely toys for your little ones to enjoy and explore, giving you time to chat and connect with others. We also have a baby corner, a designated space, for our littlest guests. We kindly ask that if you bring snacks, please monitor your children while they eat and do not leave any food unattended. We are aware that children with food allergies attend Chatterbox regularly. Lastly, we would ask that if you have signed up to the session and are unable to attend for any reason, please cancel your space to release it for another family. You can cancel your space by using the button at the bottom of your confirmation email.
