Sunday @ The Angel Centre

We are excited to meet together as church family at the Angel Centre, for our Sunday worship gathering. There will be a warm welcome for everyone, with refreshments served from 10.15am, before we worship are welcome, with all-age worship and a safe space for younger children. Junior Church and Youth groups (term-time only) during the talk. ________________________________________________ WHAT I SHOULD EXPECT and other information: Here is some practical information that we hope you will find helpful. Parking: There is no designated parking available for the centre and the nearest car park is Friary Walk (formerly Crowngate). Offering: There will be an offering basket placed by the welcome table for donations for the work of the church. Inner Healing Workshop

Inner Healing Workshop What is it? The Inner Healing Workshop is a course to help equip people to pray effectively into emotional and spiritual issues for themselves and others. The course will include discussion and prayer as well as teaching. Who is it for? It is for any believer, young or old, who would like help themselves and/or would like to help others. What is the aim/purpose? The aim of the course is to help people to deal with their 'baggage' and then help others as well. Why should anyone go? You know what it's like when someone approaches you for support when they face stress, hurt or pain and you feel ill equipped to help them? If that's you, this course will teach you some tools and strategies to help people to process their issues. Or you may be struggling yourself to get past some things in your life. What will be gained by going? You will learn and practise principles and tools for inner healing, and will experience healing yourself as we minister in the areas covered by the course. Any preparation or prerequisite knowledge required? All that is needed is an openness to the Holy Spirit and a willingness to learn. What commitment is expected? The course will run for six sessions. We do not anticipate setting homework, though reading, reflection and prayer around the issues raised will always be helpful.
